Responsible for the that day to day operations and for the financial health of Major League, she has single handedly kept the company’s fiscal bottom line in tact particularly through tough economic times and is dedicated to its continued success. From accounts payable and receivable to being a driving force in all of our endeavors, Jeannie is continually dedicated to making Major League the company of choice for all of your Heating and Air Conditioning needs.	Anthony Shute President and CEO Contact Anthony Anthony’s 25 years experience brings to the table a dept of knowledge unparalleled in the HVAC industry. His tireless dedication to Major League and its employees are exemplified in his ethical demeanor and his extreme attention to detail. Starting Major League from his garage, Anthony and his Wife Jeannie have built this business from the ground up and have made it one of the most respected names in the North San Diego County Heating and Air Conditioning Community. Paul Roth General Manager Contact Paul Paul, relatively new to the HVAC industry, has much day-to-day experience in handling the various ins-and-outs of small to medium sized companies. Originally owning and operating his own insurance brokerage, for over 12 years, Paul was also involved in the recruiting industry as well. He will continue to strive to bring the Major League brand to the forefront of the San Diego Community and feels very passionate about customer satisfaction as well as continuing to help grow Major Leagues stellar Reputation. “Without a completely satisfied customer we are nothing short of another run of the mill contractor more concerned about the sale than in getting the job done right and retaining that customer for years to come.”	Victoria “Vickie” Nelson Office Manager Contact Vickie Prior to joining Major League in 2005, Vickie was a patient consultant in the medical industry. Working for two internists, as well as the patients they represented, Vickie is no stranger to scheduling and to A+ customer service. Now a four year employee of Major League, she is one of the key components that keep the company running efficiently. From service dispatch, warranty administration, billing, installation scheduling, and well beyond, Vickie is a great asset to Major League. Vickie is an Oceanside Native and enjoys spending time with her family on her days off.


Tim Thiede Lead Installer Tim’s years of experience and dedication do getting the job done right the first time are a strong testament of his work ethic and superb technical skills. Tim, a HVAC Veteran for the past 16 years, understands all of the variables that go into installing Heating an Air Conditioning and has consistently demonstrated his talent and ability to think outside of the box on each and every job assigned to him from simple installation or a difficult zoning applications.
